Slower Browser and Crashes, Blame it on Toolbars.

How many tool-bars your favorite browser is carrying? Very simple question. And you will have a simple answer too. Must of us would say three, others would say four or five. But how much of tool-bars one should optimally carry. We tend to install many tool-bars but hardly use them for any purpose. We install and forget about them. But once installed on your default browser, these toolbars eat in to your bandwidth and considerably slow down the browsing.

Microsoft’s study has found out that these toolbars are responsible for 70% of IE crashes. Majority of users doesn’t even know what is getting installed on their browsers. Some of users have their computer screen filled up with more than 50% by toolbars and their browsers are carrying unwanted, seldom used baggage on their heads.

Microsoft (IE9) and other browsers may have to limit in future number of tool bars which  browser can install. If it happens, browsing would be smooth and fast. Have a look at the tutorial to remove toolbars from Firefox.
