Silent Workers in an Office don’t get their dues.
Silent workers can be found in any office environment. They are the ones who are hardly noticeable but are real working people in an organization. You can find them in a typical office setup. They will be confined to their work station for most of the day and would hardly go out and socialize. They will be the one who will rush to Boss’s cabin only when if they have something interesting to share or if the Boss might have called for them.
These silent workers will be carrying the most knowledgeable and matured minds which an organization desires to have. But since they are hardly vocal and even if they have some important points to share in a meeting they would simply keep them in their minds. These guys don’t realize that it is nice to work hard but it is also equally important to appear working hard. One has to be forthright and be particularly aggressive on the issues over which they have command and authority.
But how do we find these guys? Very simple. You don’t have to be a Rocket Scientist to find out these guys in an organization. In a meeting hall they would occupy the chairs close to the Laptop or the projection media. In an office setup they would hardly get up from their seats.They may even find exchanging greetings a burden.
But their contribution to the organizations can’t be underscored.They are the ones who are responsible for routine work and run the organization. Without them, the head of the office will also look out of place and crippled.
So give these guys their due.
