Computer Heating Up! Install Core Temp or Real Temp
Life without computers and laptops is unthinkable today. We have become so much dependent on computers and Laptops that we have started taking them granted. CPU heating is frequently giving problems to your hard disks. Problem become all the more important with Laptops as they are being used at various locations which may not provide enough ventilation to the hot air coming out of mini fans which are being used to cool your processors.
Little bit of care and attention can add years to your hard disk and make them last long. One simply dread the moment a hard disk conks off, taking away all your valuable data. Then one run around trying to get the data recovered from crashed drives. But a little bit of care can work wonder for your processor’s health. Today there are real time temperature scanners which can record your temperature and in case temperature goes beyond a set level then alarm gets triggered.
There are two basic applications Core Temp and Real Temp. Real Temp is a comprehensive monitor that reads temperature information from all Intel Core processors and even allows you to calibrate the sensors for each individual CPU in dual- or quad-processor machines.
Core Temp encompasses most of Intel’s and AMD’s CPUs, and works on Windows XP Service Pack 2, 2003 Server, Vista and Windows 7 (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions).
