Breaks, how important are they from the student’s perspectives

Fellow students, have you observed that you’re concentrating & retaining ability tends to go down as you study more and more. Assimilation and absorption of new ideas and concepts are more in case a student is mentally fresh. Fifteen minutes break after every hour makes a student feel rejuvenated and the inputs are retained much more effectively compared to a continuous run. I will therefore recommend every student to take minimum of 10 minutes break after every hour of study. Just move around and do something else. Be it watching TV, going out for a walk, talking to friends or even having a short nap.
