Google has announced that there would be no offline access to Google Docs from 3rd May 2010 onwards. This I would say is a signal that Google will be phasing out Gears now. Bing has been gaining at the expense of Yahoo for about a year now. While Microsoft’s Bing has now attained market share of 11.3 percent up from 10.7 percent level of December 2009, Yahoo’s search market share continues to nosedive.
