Migrate MSDE database to SQL Express 2008

MSDE 2000 is not being supported on Vista. In case you are planning to shift to Vista in near future then also plan for SQL Express 2005 or 2008. There are some easy upgradation techniques through which you can migrate to SQL Express 2005 or 2008. There are many benefits associated with migrating your database from MSDE to SQL Express 2008. SQL 2008 has no workload restriction like MSDE does and it supports up to 2 CPUs and 2GB RAM, where MSDE only supports 1 CPU and 1GB RAM.
