It was only few days ago when I learnt about free antivirus suite being launched by Microsoft. Frankly speaking I didn’t believe it I thought there must be something else to it. Microsoft already had a product Live OneCare which could not generate any interest amongst avid users.

Apple’s activation servers have been burdened with more than expected activation requests of iPhone 3.0 operating system from existing users. Apple had probably again underestimated its user base. Same scenario unfolded in July 2008 when iPhone 3.0 went on sale. Apple should have been smart enough to size the activation requests.
